Introducing Mitsubishi MR-J4-TM Demo Unit
RSI has 3D printed and built a demo kit using Mitsubishi MR-J4-TM EtherCAT servo drive for potential customers. Our 60-day evaluation program allows a user to test out the servo demo kits using our RMP EtherCAT motion controller.
Our demo kit enables a user to not only test basic motion features but also leverage the drive dedicated inputs.

As mechanical components wear, the machine diagnosis function will detect changes in machine parts (ball screw, guide, bearing, belts) and changes in the vibration of the system. The MR Configurator2 software analyzes the data to aid in scheduling preventative maintenance.

Since we leveraged SWIG for our C# api last year, the RMP motion controller could be programmed in numerous programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, D, Go, Guile, etc.
