Motion Controller Highlights
Gantry Control Algorithm – Our motion controller includes a gantry control algorithm that links the two X axes together and allows our customer to cut shapes while gearing the gantry to a conveyor axis.
Streaming PT Motion– Our motion controller includes several very powerful streaming motion options which enabled our customer to stream coordinated multi-axis moves to all the axes in order to cut out intricate shapes while the material conveyor is in motion.
Performance and Reliability– Our customer trusted our high-performance motion controller because it provides the reliability and performance required for their machine at a competitive price point.

Hardware Selection – RSI assisted with the selection of the servo system including the motors, drives, and gearheads to achieve the cutting speed and accelerations necessary for the application budget.
