RSI’s Sales Partnership Strategy:
RSI is a motion controls and integration company. We specialize in solving complex motion control problems and developing unique and innovative solutions for our customers.
We provide a lot of value for OEM manufactures who need a motion controls partner to support them. We serve as an extension of their engineering team and provide as much or as little services as they need to be successful.
RSI’s core focus is on our motion controls and integration services, but our sales force is limited. That’s why we need you to recognize opportunities that fit for an RSI partnership model.
How will a Partnership Benefit You?
We don’t build any hardware and we don’t have any exclusive contracts, so we rely on your products to complete the customer’s BOM including drives, motors, cables, gear heads, actuators, etc.
If you want us to be a “Complete System Provider”, we will be the customer’s point of contact for complete machine sales and support. This includes sizing, BOM selection, tuning, wiring, commissioning, troubleshooting, field service, etc.
If you want us to be a “Controls-Only Provider”, we will offer our motion controller and support services as needed. These opportunities are subject to a service and support agreement and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
