RSI’s iPC400 is a compact, fanless industrial automation computer, specifically designed for wall-mounted installations with front-facing I/O, ensuring seamless integration into control panels for diverse automation and industrial applications. Measuring just 90mm x 251mm x 183.5mm, the iPC400 combines a space-efficient design with robust performance.
Powered by Intel® 14th-Gen Core™ processors with up to 24 cores and 32 threads, the iPC400 delivers up to 2x the performance compared to Intel® 10th and 11th-Gen platforms. It features a user-friendly 2.5” SSD tray for streamlined maintenance and two concealed USB ports ideal for license dongles.
The iPC400 provides extensive I/O options, including 3 LAN ports, 4 serial ports, 8 USB 3.1 ports, and dual-display support (HDMI + DP). The iPC402 variant adds two PCIe Gen5 expansion slots for enhanced flexibility.
RSI has rigorously tested the iPC400 with its RMP EtherCAT Motion Controller to guarantee exceptional real-time performance for both Windows/INtime and Linux environments. The iPC Series can be used with widely-used industrial master Fieldbus interfaces including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT to communicate with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and remote I/Os from major brand-name suppliers.
Yes, all iPCs use DC input +24V ± 20%
Absolutely, iPCs are the recommended product to run our motion controller. All iPCs we sell have been fully tested and show supreme real-time performance when running the RMP Motion Controller.
The iPC units are fanless. We use an embedded CPU and the unit has sufficient heat sinks to eliminate the need for any moving parts inside the industrial PC.
The iPC units have a removable storage bay at the front of the unit so there is no need to ship customers with replacement industrial PCs. Instead, just ship them a working HDD or SSD.
